TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
Our membership structure is simple. Choose how often you want to train. Each training option has Youth or Adult versions. Youth option for 17 and under, Adult option for 18 and over. 30 day cancellation notice on all recurring memberships except for General MTM.
TRAINING MEMBERSHIP (YOUTH or ADULT) *
- 1 x Week - Train 1 day a week - 4 sessions per month
- 2x Week - Train 2 days a week - 8 sessions per month
- 3x Week - Train 3 days a week - 12 sessions per month
- Unlimited - Train unlimited number of times per month **
- One-on-one sessions
GENERAL MTM UNLIMITED
- General Month-to-Month - Train monthly - cancel anytime **
* Training Memberships - require 30 day cancellation notice
** Family Member Add-On - Can be added to Training Unlimited OR General MTM Unlimited memberships

ICON’S Memberships are different. Not like your typical health club membership.
We combine the spirit and the camaraderie of group exercise with the tailored sessions and accelerated results of personal training.
The classes combine a variety of training protocols including dynamic warm up, weight lifting, plyometrics and utility training. Our programs are designed to be challenging and adaptable to multiple fitness levels. All session are led by one or more coaches.

Get READY TO TRAIN
Prior to training, all members must schedule a one on one orientation session that covers the basic training principles that are incorporated into our programs. Topics will include an introduction into proper training mechanics, Nutrition 101 and a comprehensive assessment combining static and active postural analysis.
